Otterdock (Mac App Store) Support Guide

Setting Up Groups in the macOS Dock
When you create a group and add apps, files, folders, or links, Otterdock generates a folder containing shortcuts for those items. To access them from your Dock, drag this folder from Otterdock into the folder section of your macOS Dock, next to the Trash. You can then click the folder in your Dock to view and launch items as a native macOS stack.
Adding Desktop and Notification Center Widgets
You can access your groups directly from your desktop or Notification Center. Open the macOS widget gallery (right-click your desktop and choose 'Edit Widgets', or scroll to the bottom of Notification Center and click 'Edit Widgets'), select Otterdock, and choose your preferred widget size. After adding the widget to your desktop or Notification Center, open its edit settings to choose a group. Clicking any item inside the widget opens that individual app, file, or link. Visible item capacity depends on the widget size and layout.
Restoring Pro Purchases
Otterdock Pro is an optional one-time purchase. If you reinstall the app or set up a new Mac, ensure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Open Otterdock Settings and click 'Restore Purchases'. The app will verify your transaction with the App Store and refresh your Pro access.
